Allyssa began teaching music in 2016, running a small private studio in Ann Arbor, MI. Upon relocating to Austin, TX, she became a faculty member at Velocity Music Academy, where her contributions were instrumental in the school's continued development and expansion, particularly after its acquisition by Ensemble Performing Arts.

           During her tenure at Velocity Music Academy, Allyssa oversaw a thriving studio teaching voice and piano with over 35 students spanning ages 6 to 67 across two campuses. She was also appointed as a Teaching Mentor within Ensemble Performing Arts, offering additional support and guidance to new educators.

           Allyssa's instructional approach not only nurtures skill development but cultivates well-rounded musicians adept in diverse styles. Her students consistently achieve notable milestones, securing solos/roles in school choral and musical productions, excelling in Trinity College London music exams, earning collegiate music scholarships, and showcasing their talents in professional performances across a spectrum of musical genres.
